Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a lead kitchen role
  • Professional communication skills, oral and written
  • Professional kitchen experience including working a hot line and grill
  • Experience in full service restaurant
  • Understanding of cooking methods, ingredients, and equipment
  • Ability to carry up to 50 pounds while walking up and down stairs
  • Flexible schedule
  • Task-driven individual

Job Duties

  • Plan, prepare, and execute culinary aspects of private events
  • Coordinate with front of house and back of house teams
  • Manage event kitchen operations including hot line and grill
  • Ensure food quality and presentation standards
  • Maintain organization and cleanliness in work areas
  • Assist with menu planning and ingredient preparation
  • Communicate effectively with team members and event coordinators
