Job Duties
- Oversee daily kitchen operations and manage line staff to ensure smooth service
- prepare and cook high-quality dishes in accordance with our menu standards
- train and mentor junior cooks to enhance their culinary skills and knowledge
- ensure all food safety and sanitation standards are upheld at all times
- collaborate with the head chef on menu development and special events
- monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed
- maintain a clean and organized work area throughout the shift
- assist in creating a positive and efficient work environment for all staff
