Job Duties

  • Oversee daily kitchen operations and manage line staff to ensure smooth service
  • prepare and cook high-quality dishes in accordance with our menu standards
  • train and mentor junior cooks to enhance their culinary skills and knowledge
  • ensure all food safety and sanitation standards are upheld at all times
  • collaborate with the head chef on menu development and special events
  • monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed
  • maintain a clean and organized work area throughout the shift
  • assist in creating a positive and efficient work environment for all staff
