Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- minimum 2 years of relevant cooking experience
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
- physically able to perform kitchen duties
- strong teamwork and communication skills

Job Duties
- prepare and cook menu items according to company recipes and standards
- train and mentor kitchen staff
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen
- ensure all food safety and sanitation guidelines are followed
- manage inventory and assist with ordering supplies
- collaborate with management to improve menu offerings
- assist in daily kitchen operations and quality control
