- Previous lead kitchen or greater experience
- Valid food handlers certification obtained before entering position

Job Duties
- Possesses thorough knowledge of food and menu in order to answer all questions from staff
- Rotation of hot and cold stations
- Daily prep for the day and week
- Learning and execution of menu offerings
- Performs opening and closing side work
- Ensure work area is in compliance with health codes at all times
