Job Requirements

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a lead kitchen role
  • professional communication skills, oral and written
  • professional kitchen experience, including working a hot line and grill is required
  • experience in full service restaurant is required
  • understanding of cooking methods, ingredients, and equipment
  • ability to carry up to 50 pounds while walking up and down stairs
