Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience working as a line cook or in a similar culinary role
  • Ability to work flexible day and night shifts
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
  • Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and handle kitchen tasks
  • Ability to commute or relocate to Albuquerque, NM
  • Willingness to work full-time, approximately 40 hours per week

Job Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a restaurant or culinary setting is preferred
  • Familiarity with food service operations, including meal preparation and catering services
  • Strong knowledge of food safety practices and regulations
  • Excellent knife skills and proficiency in various cooking techniques
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while maintaining a positive attitude under pressure
  • Experience as a dietary aide or within the dietary department is advantageous but not mandatory
