Job Duties
- Lead kitchen operations and ensure food quality
- Manage preparation workflows and assist in menu planning
- Collaborate with chefs and kitchen staff to maintain efficiency
- Supervise and mentor junior kitchen staff
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the kitchen
- Assist in inventory management and ordering supplies
- Uphold restaurant policies and promote teamwork
