Job Duties

  • Lead kitchen operations and ensure food quality
  • Manage preparation workflows and assist in menu planning
  • Collaborate with chefs and kitchen staff to maintain efficiency
  • Supervise and mentor junior kitchen staff
  • Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the kitchen
  • Assist in inventory management and ordering supplies
  • Uphold restaurant policies and promote teamwork
