Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 6 to 12 months of related restaurant experience or training
- Food Handler's Certification or ability to acquire
- Flexibility in schedule is highly preferred but not required
- Ability to speak read and understand the primary language(s) of the work location

Job Duties
- Oversee all culinary functions including food purchasing receiving preparation and maintenance of quality standards safety sanitation and cleanliness
- Train hourly culinary team members on recipes food safety equipment and all standard operating procedures
- Ensure all menu items served meets or exceeds our standard of excellence
- Maintain full knowledge of all recipes including seasonal offerings
- Complete all role responsibilities effectively with limited supervision while demonstrating strong leadership and motivating others
- Handle any team member disputes or situations with genuine empathy and elevate to the Sr Kitchen Manager as necessary
- Complete all opening mid and closing procedures complete daily checklist and side work assignments
