Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 6 to 12 months of related restaurant experience or training
  • Food Handler's Certification or ability to acquire
  • Flexibility in schedule is highly preferred but not required
  • Ability to speak read and understand the primary language(s) of the work location

Job Duties

  • Oversee all culinary functions including food purchasing receiving preparation and maintenance of quality standards safety sanitation and cleanliness
  • Train hourly culinary team members on recipes food safety equipment and all standard operating procedures
  • Ensure all menu items served meets or exceeds our standard of excellence
  • Maintain full knowledge of all recipes including seasonal offerings
  • Complete all role responsibilities effectively with limited supervision while demonstrating strong leadership and motivating others
  • Handle any team member disputes or situations with genuine empathy and elevate to the Sr Kitchen Manager as necessary
  • Complete all opening mid and closing procedures complete daily checklist and side work assignments
