  • Willingness to work nights and weekends
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced restaurant setting

Job Duties

  • Loading and unloading of the dishwasher
  • Clean and sanitize cookware, dishes, utensils, and cooking stations throughout the kitchen
  • Sweep and mop the lounge and kitchen area as needed
  • Waste away services following recycling procedures
  • Maintaining high levels of hygiene in all areas of the lounge and kitchen
  • Receiving and stocking daily food and liquor orders
  • Assist the chef with applying the Food Safety Management System consistently
