Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- ability to lead and motivate a team
- good communication skills
- physical ability to perform cleaning tasks and supervise crew
- basic understanding of cleaning processes and safety standards
- willingness to work the specified Full-Time Day shift Sunday through Wednesday 6am-4:30pm
- reliable attendance and punctuality
- ability to complete administrative tasks such as time sheets and inventory checks
Job Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- customer service experience preferred
- one year of similar work experience preferred
Job Duties
- Conducts quality improvement inspections within assigned areas
- ensures quality and satisfaction levels meet or exceed expectations
- assists with training and development of cleaning crew
- provides guidance on safety, cleaning processes, procedures, and chemical usage
- counsels crew members on tardiness, absenteeism, and work performance using proper documentation
- leads and participates in team tasks to ensure successful completion
- oversees shift operations in the absence of the supervisor
