Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Experience with regular and texture-modified diets is a plus
Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and shifts
Basic food handling knowledge
Strong teamwork and communication skills

Ability to stand for extended periods

Job Duties

Assist in leading independent living dining functions in accordance with policies and procedures
Ensure every resident receives a high-quality dining experience with each meal
Support team members to provide excellent resident-first service
Manage dining operations effectively and model person-centered care
Address resident dietary needs including texture-modified diets
Maintain a welcoming and home-like atmosphere in the dining area
Communicate effectively with residents and team to enhance dining satisfaction
