Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum 2 years experience in housekeeping or 1 year in luxury hotel housekeeping
- Ability to lift and carry over 50 lbs
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Ability to walk extended distances
- Ability to kneel and stoop repeatedly
- Ability to speak and hear clearly
- Ability to distinguish colors
- Capability to work in extreme weather and diverse environmental conditions
- Ability to use manual dexterity and fine motor skills
- Ability to communicate effectively using electronic devices

Job Duties
- Serve as a departmental role model or mentor by working alongside employees to perform technical or functional job duties
- Lead a team of housekeepers assigned to clean suites
- Assign and ensure work tasks are completed on time and meet quality standards
- Assign room assignments and public areas for cleaning in absence of manager or supervisor
- Organize and inventory all housekeeping storages
- Communicate with supervisors and managers on job performance without disciplinary actions
- Ensure housekeeping staff follow guidelines and SOPs
- Discuss work topics discreetly with coworkers and managers
- Speak to guests and coworkers professionally
- Exchange information with other employees via electronic devices
- Perform regular housekeeping and house person duties including cleaning suites and public areas
- Perform other duties as assigned
