Job Duties
- Directs the daily activities of housekeepers assigned to his/her area
- Monitors the day-to-day operations of the department
- Functions as a housekeeper as needed
- Assists employees with daily activities including service calls and floor care assignments
- Resolves patient concerns promptly
- Conducts staff training and assessments
- Coaches and documents staff performance and behavior
- Assumes supervisory responsibilities during the supervisor's absence
