Job Duties
- Lead and supervise the housekeeping/cleaning team
- assign daily tasks and ensure all office assigned areas are properly cleans and sanitized
- schedule cleaning around company events and/or visitors to ensure the cleanliness is to the highest standard
- maintain cleanliness of offices, restrooms, breakrooms, conference rooms, and common areas
- conduct routine inspections to ensure quality and safety standards are met
- train new housekeeping staff on procedures and safety protocols
- monitor inventory and order cleaning supplies as needed
- report maintenance issues or safety concerns to management
- ensure compliance with company policies and health regulations
- assist with other cleaning duties when needed
