Job Requirements
- Minimum 2 to 3 years of housekeeping experience in hospitality, healthcare, environmental services, or senior living environment
- Must possess a valid and current driver’s license where applicable
- Demonstrates the ability to lead and supervise employees
- Capable of operating and maintaining all housekeeping and laundry equipment
- Demonstrated knowledge of infection control, hazardous waste, and disaster plans
- Compliance with Florida's Care Provider Background Screening process

Job Duties
- Identify and report housekeeping-related issues to the Director
- Clean resident apartments as well as common areas and interior spaces
- Lead and supervise housekeeping staff
- Operate and maintain housekeeping and laundry equipment
- Ensure compliance with infection control, hazardous waste, and disaster plans
- Train new housekeeping employees
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety
