Job Duties
- Supervises, trains and inspects the performance of housekeeping staff to ensure standards are met
- Provides direct quality service attention to customers by focusing on detail
- Ensures assigned staff report on time and properly clock in, documenting any absences or tardiness
- Resolves internal and external guest complaints to ensure satisfaction
- Coordinates staff breaks and shift replacements, maintaining adequate coverage
- Prepares and distributes assignment sheets and communicates any changes promptly
- Assigns keys, radios, and beepers to staff, maintaining secure records of these assignments
- Inspects equipment and supplies, instructing personnel to correct deficiencies
- Conducts staff training and contributes to a professional team environment
- Performs other duties as assigned
