Job Requirements
- Previous hosting experience required
- Lead or supervisory experience preferred
- Fine-dining or upscale restaurant experience strongly preferred

Job Duties
- The Lead Host / Hostess plays a critical role in managing reservations, guest flow, and front-door hospitality while supporting service standards and team culture
- Manage reservations, waitlists, and guest seating to ensure optimal flow and service pacing
- Build rapport with regulars and VIP guests, ensuring personalized experiences
- Handle guest inquiries, special requests, and concerns with grace and efficiency
- Leadership & Host Stand Operations
- Lead, train, and support host/hostess team members
- Set expectations for service standards, appearance, and professionalism
- Coordinate closely with management and floor leadership during service
- Assist with opening and closing host stand procedures
- Reservations & Communication
- Manage reservation systems accurately and efficiently
- Communicate table status and guest notes clearly with managers and service staff
- Anticipate high-volume periods and proactively adjust seating strategies
- Maintain accurate guest profiles and notes when applicable
- Professionalism & Teamwork
- Serve as a role model for hospitality, composure, and teamwork
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming host stand
- Support FOH team members as needed to ensure seamless service
- Uphold all company policies, safety, and sanitation standards
