  • ability to manage high guest volumes and maintain composure in a fast-paced setting
  • proficient in reservation software and POS systems
  • impeccable appearance and professional demeanor
  • excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • knowledge of fine dining and cocktail service etiquette
  • multilingual abilities are a plus

Job Duties

  • Greet and seat guests in a timely and professional manner
  • manage reservations and waitlists, ensuring optimal seating flow and minimal wait times
  • supervise and train host staff to maintain excellent guest service standards
  • handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with professionalism and efficiency
  • collaborate with the management team to ensure smooth coordination between front-of-house and kitchen staff
  • ensure that the lounge's ambiance, cleanliness, and overall environment are always inviting and up to standard
  • maintain guest satisfaction by resolving issues quickly and ensuring guests have a memorable experience
  • assist with event bookings and large party reservations
  • monitor and ensure compliance with lounge policies, including dress codes and guest conduct
  • provide feedback to management on guest experiences and operational improvements
