Job Duties
- Greet and seat guests in a timely and professional manner
- manage reservations and waitlists, ensuring optimal seating flow and minimal wait times
- supervise and train host staff to maintain excellent guest service standards
- handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with professionalism and efficiency
- collaborate with the management team to ensure smooth coordination between front-of-house and kitchen staff
- ensure that the lounge's ambiance, cleanliness, and overall environment are always inviting and up to standard
- maintain guest satisfaction by resolving issues quickly and ensuring guests have a memorable experience
- assist with event bookings and large party reservations
- monitor and ensure compliance with lounge policies, including dress codes and guest conduct
- provide feedback to management on guest experiences and operational improvements
