  • 1 year of experience as a hostess or host in a fine dining or upscale restaurant environment is highly preferred

Job Duties

  • Welcome and engage guests with genuine hospitality ensuring each arrival sets the tone for their dining experience
  • Manage the reservation and seating system to optimize flow and guest satisfaction
  • Lead and train the host team ensuring consistency in service and communication
  • Anticipate guest needs resolve issues promptly and ensure smooth service transitions
  • Communicate effectively with servers managers and kitchen staff to coordinate table turns and guest pacing
  • Maintain an organized polished and professional presence at the host stand at all times
