- 1 year of experience as a hostess or host in a fine dining or upscale restaurant environment is highly preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to remain calm and composed in fast-paced environment
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and time management
- Flexible schedule with availability for evenings weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- Welcome and engage guests with genuine hospitality ensuring each arrival sets the tone for their dining experience
- Manage the reservation and seating system to optimize flow and guest satisfaction
- Lead and train the host team ensuring consistency in service and communication
- Anticipate guest needs resolve issues promptly and ensure smooth service transitions
- Communicate effectively with servers managers and kitchen staff to coordinate table turns and guest pacing
- Maintain an organized polished and professional presence at the host stand at all times
