Job Duties
- Greet and seat all guests in a hospitable, friendly, and timely manner
- Handle all incoming telephone calls before the third ring using professional verbiage and a positive tone
- Maintain a clean entrance area, hostess stand, and women’s restroom
- Manage the reservations system including seating within reservation times and quoting proper wait times
- Escort guests to assigned tables while engaging in light conversation and providing a hospitable start
- Interact with guests and co-workers professionally and friendly
- Assist in bussing tables during busy periods and maintain clear entryways and aisles
