Job Requirements

Availability to work on weekends and holidays

Must be able to work in either indoor or outdoor restaurants

Experience in food service or retail preferred

Job Duties

Welcoming customers into store/restaurant
Lead and support the host team
assist in training, delegating tasks, and maintaining service standards
Manage and oversee reservations to optimize seating flow and guest satisfaction
Attention to detail, calmness, and creativity in dealing with employees and customers, and the ability to think and react quickly under pressure
Staying knowledgeable about our range of products
Accepting and processing orders, operate POS register
Promote special sales
Be a busy bee, self-starter and team player
