Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- food service experience preferred
- customer service experience preferred
- Safe Server Alcohol and Food Handlers certification required
- ability to work in extreme temperatures
- ability to stand and exert mobility for up to four hours
- ability to lift up to 45 lbs
- ability to push and pull carts and equipment up to 250 lbs
- good communication skills
- basic computer skills
- ability to work independently
- adherence to grooming standards
- regular attendance and punctuality

Job Duties
- Greet and welcome all hotel guests and customers
- manage reservations
- coordinate with other hosts and train new hosts
- assist with preparations and execution for VIP reservations
- work with management on special events
- escort guests to their tables and present the menu to them
- communicate with the wait staff and other restaurant personnel to ensure the guests experience meets company standards
