- Previous full service hotel experience preferred
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to lead and support a team effectively
- Proficiency with front desk software and administrative tasks
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
Job Duties
- Provide assistance to guests during arrival and departure
- Manage guest services during peak times
- Support Front Desk team members with guest inquiries and requests
- Assist with scheduling and administrative tasks
- Maintain professionalism and uphold the resort's high standards of hospitality
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction
- Resolve guest issues and escalate concerns as necessary
