Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in guest services or related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure
  • Basic computer skills including familiarity with website updates and social media management
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings
  • Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset

Job Duties

  • Supervise and support guest service representatives in executing front desk duties including greeting visitors answering phones opening and closing the gallery
  • Oversee tracking and reporting of visitor attendance events and program data
  • Monitor gallery spaces to ensure artwork security and guest safety while providing accurate exhibition information to the public
  • Coordinate and assist with event setup execution and breakdown lead field trips and facilitate beginner art activities for children and adults
  • Assist with the recruitment training and coordination of volunteers and docents
  • Manage basic website updates social media posts and create promotional materials for events and programs
  • Process retail transactions and admission payments maintain cleanliness of public areas and perform other tasks as needed
