Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of experience in guest services or related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure
- Basic computer skills including familiarity with website updates and social media management
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset

Job Duties
- Supervise and support guest service representatives in executing front desk duties including greeting visitors answering phones opening and closing the gallery
- Oversee tracking and reporting of visitor attendance events and program data
- Monitor gallery spaces to ensure artwork security and guest safety while providing accurate exhibition information to the public
- Coordinate and assist with event setup execution and breakdown lead field trips and facilitate beginner art activities for children and adults
- Assist with the recruitment training and coordination of volunteers and docents
- Manage basic website updates social media posts and create promotional materials for events and programs
- Process retail transactions and admission payments maintain cleanliness of public areas and perform other tasks as needed
