Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Must pass a criminal background check
  • Must pass motor vehicle record (MVR) check
  • Must pass drug screening
  • Must complete the Wheelchair Safety Training course provided by Towne Park
  • Must have a high school diploma or GED
  • Must have six months related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Must be able to drive a manual transmission vehicle
  • Must be able to speak, read, and write Standard English
  • Must be able to read and comprehend simple instructions, correspondence, and memos
  • Must be able to write simple correspondence
  • Must be able to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations
  • Must have mathematical skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
  • Must be able to understand 24-hour and military time systems
  • Must be able to understand rates applicable to time

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Maintain a pleasant, friendly, and professional demeanor with all guests, client staff members and coworkers
  • Acknowledge and greet guests within 30 seconds of arrival
  • Open all vehicle and hotel doors for guests
  • Check in arriving guests and explain vehicle parking and retrieval procedures
  • Run at top speed to park and retrieve vehicles while driving slowly and cautiously
  • Use proper phone etiquette
  • Post up in appropriate areas when not assisting guests
  • Conduct effective room presentations during bell services
  • Assist with delivery and pick up of items to guest rooms
  • Assist guests with directions, taxis, reservations, and other inquiries
  • Maintain detailed knowledge of the client facility including outlets, meeting rooms, amenities, and parking rates
  • Promote teamwork through leading by example and effective communication
  • Lead the work group in delivering high levels of guest service
  • Assign coworkers to routine and non-ordinary roles at the direction of the Account Manager
  • Issue claim checks to guests after receiving vehicle keys
  • Collect vehicle claim checks before issuing keys
  • Complete ticket information including key tag, guest folio, location of vehicle, damage surveys, and claim check receipts
  • Secure all keys appropriately
  • Ensure no lift services are provided, only assistance
  • Check wheelchairs for safety and clean after use
  • Protect guest confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA
  • Maintain security of customer financial and identifying information
  • Assist Account Manager with work schedules and notify associates of changes
  • Collect revenue for all vehicles
  • Complete accurate cash drop slips and envelopes
  • Complete shift reports and other paperwork accurately
  • Reconcile revenue and tickets at shift end
