Job Requirements
- Minimum of 1 years experience in hotel leadership including front desk and back-of-house operations
- proficient computer skills
- strong team building skills
- excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving abilities
- effective oral and written communication skills
- proactive in solving problems
- ability to perform tasks involving kneeling, squatting, standing, sitting, bending and twisting for long periods of time
- ability to lift, push, pull up to 20lbs regularly, occasionally up to 50lbs

Job Duties
- Train and provide guidance to staff
- discuss staff performance discrepancies and training needs with General Manager
- attend and lead staff huddles
- post checks in PMS
- complete weekly labor tracker
- manage payment due reports
- post paid outs and receipts
- monitor and follow up on guest feedback and concerns
- suggest and sell amenities
- ensure guest and property security
- assign rooms to be cleaned by housekeeping
- aide General Manager in inspecting rooms
- manage inventory
- check property email
- build relationships with vendors and guests
- foster teamwork
- assist with in-house guest sales and marketing initiatives
- assist with housekeeping and daily laundry duties
- cover employee shifts as needed
- know and follow property emergency procedures
- other duties as assigned
