Job Requirements

  • Kneeling or squatting and standing for long periods
  • ability to lift push and pull up to 20 lbs

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 years experience in hotel leadership including front desk and back-of-house operations
  • extended stay experience is preferred
  • strong team building and communication skills
  • excellent organizational skills
  • time management skills
  • problem-solving abilities
  • effective oral and written communication skills

Job Duties

  • Train and provide guidance to staff
  • discuss staff performance discrepancies and training needs with GM and attend and lead staff huddles
  • post checks in PMS
  • complete weekly labor tracker
  • manage payment due reports
  • post paid outs and receipts
  • monitor and follow up on guest feedback and concerns
  • suggest and sell amenities
  • ensure guest and property security
  • assign rooms to be cleaned by housekeeping and aide GM in inspecting rooms
  • manage inventory
  • check property email
  • build relationships with vendors and guests
  • foster teamwork
  • assist with in-house guest sales and marketing incentives to increase occupancy
