Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year experience in hotel leadership roles including front desk and back-of-house operations
- Ability to kneel, squat and stand for long periods
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 20 lbs
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

- Minimum of 1 years experience in hotel leadership including front desk and back-of-house operations
- Extended stay experience is preferred
- Strong team building and communication skills
- Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving abilities
- Effective oral and written communication skills
Job Duties
- Train and provide guidance to staff
- Discuss staff performance discrepancies and training needs with general manager
- Attend and lead staff huddles
- Post checks in property management system
- Complete weekly labor tracker
- Manage payment due reports
- Post paid outs and receipts
- Monitor and follow up on guest feedback and concerns
- Suggest and sell amenities
- Ensure guest and property security
- Assign rooms to be cleaned by housekeeping
- Assist general manager in inspecting rooms
- Manage inventory
- Check property email
- Build relationships with vendors and guests
- Foster teamwork
- Assist with in-house guest sales and marketing incentives to increase occupancy
