Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year of experience in logistics, operations, or related field
- Ability to operate box trucks and forklifts safely
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Proficient with technology platforms relevant to logistics operations
- Ability to pass background check
- Willingness to work flexible hours including nights, holidays, and weekends
- Physical ability to perform tasks including standing for long periods and moving boxes
Job Qualifications
- At least 1 year of previous experience in logistics, operations management, or a related field is preferred
- Owns a modern smartphone and can navigate apps on a smartphone daily
- Experience operating box trucks is required
- Proficiency in technology platforms and tools relevant to logistics operations
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment
- Commitment to delivering exceptional experiences to team members and driver partners
- Ability to pass a comprehensive background check
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, holidays, and weekends, as required by operational needs
Job Duties

- Quickly navigate technology platforms to manage operational changes, re-routes, and other logistical challenges with ease and efficiency
- Assess operational needs swiftly and work cross-functionally to orchestrate seamless operations, prioritizing safety, and driving success
- Operate a forklift and potentially a box truck with skill and precision, ensuring the safe and efficient movement of goods and materials as needed
- Execute with a focus on customer service, providing high levels of support and assistance to our crowd-sourced driver partners and internal teams
- Demonstrate strong communication skills to effectively lead a shift
- Stand for extended periods, move boxes up and down, bend, and frequently lift objects weighing up to 50 lbs, ensuring physical readiness for the demands of the role
