Job Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year experience in event marketing promotions or lead generation
  • Proficiency with digital lead capture tools tablet applications and email systems
  • Comfortable traveling frequently between NV CA and AZ including weekends
  • Capable of lifting up to 70 lbs
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Valid drivers license and ability to transport event equipment
  • Ability to communicate in Spanish Portuguese or French is a plus

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year experience in event marketing promotions or lead generation with proven ability to lead and motivate teams
  • Proficiency with digital lead capture tools tablet applications and email systems with Excel familiarity preferred
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills with a hands-on approach to field event management
  • Ability to communicate in Spanish Portuguese or French is a plus

Job Duties

  • Lead and inspire on-site event operations ensuring successful setup execution and tear-down of booths and displays
  • Coach and manage event representatives to meet lead generation goals and maintain high product presentation standards
  • Research and secure new event opportunities including handling contracts insurance requirements and vendor paperwork
  • Actively participate in lead generation activities and model effective engagement strategies for the team
  • Manage lead data using tablet applications and collaborate with the Production Manager to support overall event strategy
