Job Requirements

  • Available to work various shifts, holidays, and both weekend days
  • Reach overhead and below the knees, perform bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping
  • Able to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
  • Lift, carry, push, and pull items up to 25 pounds without assistance
  • Position may require background and drug screening consistent with company policy
  • Specific duties may vary by property, team size, or facility
  • Valid driver’s license required

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in guest services or hospitality preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lead and assist team members effectively
  • Proficiency in handling guest inquiries and resolving issues
  • Ability to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
  • Valid driver’s license

Job Duties

  • Check owners/guests into their villas and review property amenities, services, hours of operations, and local points of interest
  • Actively listen and respond positively to guests' questions, concerns, and requests
  • Identify and explain room features such as room keys, ice and vending areas
  • Follow up with guests to ensure their requests or issues have been resolved
  • Answer telephone calls and route them to the appropriate department
  • Ensure outstanding requests or problems from previous days are prioritized and resolved
  • Assist management with training new associates and performing hourly duties as needed
