Job Requirements
- Available to work various shifts, holidays, and both weekend days
- Reach overhead and below the knees, perform bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping
- Able to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
- Lift, carry, push, and pull items up to 25 pounds without assistance
- Position may require background and drug screening consistent with company policy
- Specific duties may vary by property, team size, or facility
- Valid driver’s license required
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in guest services or hospitality preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lead and assist team members effectively
- Proficiency in handling guest inquiries and resolving issues
- Ability to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
- Valid driver’s license
Job Duties
- Check owners/guests into their villas and review property amenities, services, hours of operations, and local points of interest
- Actively listen and respond positively to guests' questions, concerns, and requests
- Identify and explain room features such as room keys, ice and vending areas
- Follow up with guests to ensure their requests or issues have been resolved
- Answer telephone calls and route them to the appropriate department
- Ensure outstanding requests or problems from previous days are prioritized and resolved
- Assist management with training new associates and performing hourly duties as needed
