Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Three years in hospitality or food service with two years supervision
  • Food Handler Permit or ability to obtain Certified Food Manager certification within 90 days
  • Cash handling experience preferred
  • Proficiency in English communication
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Ability to work cooperatively with all organization levels

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Three years in hospitality or food service operations
  • Two years of progressive lead or supervisory experience
  • Food Handler Permit or Certified Food Manager certification
  • Proficient in food information software
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to perform simple mathematical calculations

Job Duties

  • Assist in tray assembly and simple food preparation
  • Serve customers and replenish stations
  • Handle cash and monitor cashier activities
  • Transport food carts promptly
  • Communicate workplace hazards and maintain sanitation
  • Assist in employee training and operations
  • Conduct safety inspections and participate in quality improvement
