Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Three years in hospitality or food service with two years supervision
- Food Handler Permit or ability to obtain Certified Food Manager certification within 90 days
- Cash handling experience preferred
- Proficiency in English communication
- Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
- Ability to work cooperatively with all organization levels
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Three years in hospitality or food service operations
- Two years of progressive lead or supervisory experience
- Food Handler Permit or Certified Food Manager certification
- Proficient in food information software
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to perform simple mathematical calculations
Job Duties
- Assist in tray assembly and simple food preparation
- Serve customers and replenish stations
- Handle cash and monitor cashier activities
- Transport food carts promptly
- Communicate workplace hazards and maintain sanitation
- Assist in employee training and operations
- Conduct safety inspections and participate in quality improvement
