Job Requirements

  • High school diploma
  • Two years previous experience in food service
  • Previous supervisory experience preferred
  • Customer service experience desired
  • Cash register experience desired
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to lead and guide other associates
  • Ability to handle stressful conditions
  • Ability to perform basic math functions
  • Strong cash register skills
  • Strong customer service skills

Job Duties

  • Direct department activities including food preparation, production, assembly, service and distribution
  • Ensure adherence to standardized recipes, menus and safe handling practices
  • Organize cleaning and sanitizing of work areas, equipment, and small wares
  • Operate cash registers and equipment including pizza ovens and grill
  • Provide input to Production Manager and Food Supervisor regarding shift operations
  • Promote and maintain a positive service culture
  • Lead and guide food service associates
