Job Requirements
- High school diploma
- Two years previous experience in food service
- Previous supervisory experience preferred
- Customer service experience desired
- Cash register experience desired
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to lead and guide other associates
- Ability to handle stressful conditions
- Ability to perform basic math functions
- Strong cash register skills

Job Duties
- Direct department activities including food preparation, production, assembly, service and distribution
- Ensure adherence to standardized recipes, menus and safe handling practices
- Organize cleaning and sanitizing of work areas, equipment, and small wares
- Operate cash registers and equipment including pizza ovens and grill
- Provide input to Production Manager and Food Supervisor regarding shift operations
- Promote and maintain a positive service culture
- Lead and guide food service associates
