Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED or equivalent
- Must hold Serve Safe certification within six months of start of position
- Three years work experience in Dietary Department in various roles or previous lead experience in fast-paced Food Service
- One year of direct customer service experience
- Excellent customer service orientation and communication skills
- Reliable and dependable self-starter
- Able to work within department and hospital policies and procedures
- Ability to bend and stoop, push, pull up to 50 lbs and lift objects up to 25 lbs

Job Duties
- Organize and coordinate Dietary Department functions and personnel activities
- Ensure positive and service-focused customer experience within the Food Services department
- Maintain a safe, clean, and sanitary environment for food preparation
- Perform duties of Personal Nutrition Associate, Food Services Aide, Porter, or Cook according to departmental policies
- Follow State and Federal regulatory compliance guidelines
- Collaborate with associates to improve department operations
- Adhere to hospital policies and procedures
