Job Requirements

  • Prior front-of-house guest service experience
  • Ability to work full-time or part-time with flexible schedules including weekends
  • Effective communication skills
  • Basic math skills for handling cash and reports
  • Ability to follow safety and sanitation guidelines
  • Reliable and punctual
  • Prior management experience preferred

Job Duties

  • Oversees food and beverage preparation and service while ensuring compliance with food standards and safety regulations
  • Follows work procedures to ensure efficient meal service
  • Directs sanitation and safety practices among associates
  • Monitors associate productivity and communicates performance issues
  • Helps onboard and train associates and may conduct pre-service meetings
  • Handles cash transactions and completes reports including inventory and production records
  • Responds to customer needs and resolves concerns
  • Assists in menu planning and ordering
  • Performs other duties as assigned
