Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- One to three years of prior food service experience preferred
- Valid Food Handler’s Card or ServSafe Certification preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to work Monday through Friday with varying hours
- Willingness to learn and be trained
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
Job Qualifications
- One to three years of prior food service experience preferred
- Valid Food Handler’s Card or ServSafe Certification preferred
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Leadership capabilities to assist in managing associates
- Basic math and cash handling skills
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
Job Duties
- Oversees monitors and participates in the preparation and service of food and beverage items adhering to food standards sanitation safety HACCP OSHA guidelines and portion control
- Follows work procedures and expedites workflow to ensure efficient meal service
- Directs and participates in overall sanitation and safety of the facility and associates
- Oversees productivity and breaks of associates and communicates performance issues to management
- Helps onboard and train associates and may conduct pre-service meetings
- Properly handles cash and completes daily weekly monthly reports including inventory cash reports and production records
- Responds to customer needs and requests and resolves customer concerns
- Assists in menu planning and ordering procedures using company programs
- Performs other duties as assigned
