Job Requirements
- At least 18 years of age
- Ability to work hourly full-time in a union position
- Experience working in fine dining or full-service restaurant
- Knowledge of food and beverage service standards
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
- Understanding of safety and sanitation protocols
- Ability to manage inventory controls
- Proficiency with reservation management systems
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain professionalism and punctuality
- Capacity to work in fast-paced environments
- Willingness to work flexible hours
- Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship
Job Qualifications
- At least one year of food server experience in a fine dining or full-service restaurant
- Knowledge of wine, beer, and cocktails
- Familiarity with standard menu items and daily specials
- Cash handling procedures
- Safety and sanitation methods
- Inventory control practices and procedures
- Reservation management systems
- Usage and care of standard kitchen equipment and utensils

Job Duties
- Take orders and serve food and beverages
- Prepare some food items such as salads
- Advise customers regarding menu items
- Plan floor arrangement for catered events
- Serve tables at catered events
- Communicate with management staff on a daily basis
- Answer customers' questions regarding the organization
- Make customer service a top priority
- Professionally handle difficult situations with employees and guests
- Model punctuality and professionalism
- Exemplify the highest standard of work ethics
- Perform related duties and responsibilities as required
