Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum two years of food and beverage experience
- Preferably two years of customer service experience
- Previous leadership training or experience preferred
- Must be able to read and communicate in English
- Must perform basic math operations
- Must accurately manage cash transactions
- Must provide friendly, efficient service and resolve issues
- Must communicate clearly with guests and team members
- Must work well under pressure
- May be required to obtain and maintain a gaming license
- Must obtain and maintain a current food handler’s card
- Must obtain and maintain a Responsible Beverage Service certification
- No driving responsibilities
- Must work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must be able to lift and move objects up to 40 pounds
- Must have physical endurance for walking, standing, and sitting for extended periods
- Must present a neat, clean, well-groomed appearance
- May be exposed to fumes including secondhand smoke
Job Qualifications

- Preferred previous leadership training or experience
- Able to read, write, and communicate in English
- Capable of performing basic mathematical operations
- Strong cash handling skills

- Demonstrated professionalism and commitment to brand service standards
Job Duties
- Create a memorable guest experience by providing exceptional service
- Ensure compliance with all food and beverage guest experience programs and policies
- Act as an extension of leadership and assist management to ensure daily operations run smoothly
- Address guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally
- Coordinate guest needs with the team, kitchen staff, and other departments
- Monitor and assign side work duties during operations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas and service stations
- Manage stock and inventory and assist with supply orders
- Audit cash register transactions for accuracy
- Complete shift reports and POS resets
- Communicate and administer new training materials to team members
- Collaborate with management to improve efficiency and guest satisfaction
- Conduct uniform checks and team member check outs
- Assist with hosting duties, serving stations, and seating rotation
- Support bar set-up and beverage batching where applicable
- Perform other duties as assigned to support department operations
