Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or GED
  • minimum two years of food and beverage experience
  • previous leadership training or experience preferred
  • must be able to read, write, and communicate in English
  • must perform simple mathematical operations
  • ability to manage cash transactions accurately
  • must provide friendly and efficient service
  • must communicate clearly with guests and team members
  • ability to work under pressure
  • gaming license may be required
  • must obtain and maintain a current food handler's card
  • must obtain and maintain responsible beverage service certification
  • no driving responsibilities

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or GED
  • minimum two years of food and beverage experience
  • minimum two years of customer service experience preferred
  • previous leadership training or experience preferred
  • ability to read, write, and communicate in English
  • basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
  • ability to manage cash transactions securely
  • effective communication skills
  • ability to work under pressure while remaining calm and efficient

Job Duties

  • providing exceptional guest service
  • following food and beverage policies and programs
  • addressing guest inquiries and complaints
  • coordinating guest needs with team and kitchen staff
  • assigning and monitoring team member tasks
  • maintaining cleanliness of the venue
  • managing stock and inventory
  • auditing cash register transactions
  • completing shift reports
  • assisting with training and development
  • acting as a role model for professionalism
  • executing uniform checks and team member check outs
  • assisting with hosting duties and seating rotation
  • supporting bar set-up and beverage batching
  • performing additional duties to support operations
