Job Requirements

  • High school diploma
  • Seven years of experience in aviation engineering, operation, or test and evaluation
  • Must be a US citizen
  • Must have an active Top Secret security clearance including SSBI
  • Knowledge of Unix/Linux and shell scripting languages
  • Working knowledge of computer networking concepts
  • Ability to maintain physical standards for flight status including Class 2 FAA Medical Certification and Navy Swim/Physiology training

  • Must be a US citizen

  • Ability to maintain physical standards for flight status including Class 2 FAA Medical Certification and Navy Swim/Physiology training
  • Effective oral and written communication skills
  • Effective organizational skills to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, math, physics, or other technical disciplines preferred
  • Previous or current aircrew qualification in P-3C or P-8A preferred
  • Experience with AST sensor systems and Advanced Sensor Technologies Program Office preferred
  • Test experience in P-3C or P-8A family systems preferred
  • CompTIA Security+ certification preferred
  • Experience with the Minotaur Mission System preferred
  • Experience with virtual machines and containerization preferred
  • Recent experience with RDT&E and acquisition for advanced military electronics and computer systems preferred

Job Duties

  • Provide expert assistance to the AST throughout the operational testing process
  • Serve as a value-added participant in OT planning and progress meetings, providing recommendations for improvement
  • Prepare independent assessments and analysis of OT progress for major testing events, highlighting deficiencies and operational impacts
  • Provide mitigation strategies as needed
  • Assist with management of acceptance testing efforts
  • Provide timely and accurate test-program status updates
  • Participate in systems engineering technical reviews, program management and test readiness reviews
  • Review proposals related to test and evaluation missions
  • Manage and verify the Prime's performance to contract specifications and system level test and evaluation deliverables
  • Produce and review DoD acquisition test and evaluation documents
