Job Duties
- conduct comprehensive pre-flight briefings with cabin crew and pilots
- assign working positions and establish service expectations
- serve as primary liaison between captain and cabin crew
- direct cabin crew response during emergencies
- supervise execution of premium cabin services
- handle complex onboard situations including medical emergencies and security disturbances
- provide coaching and performance feedback to junior flight attendants
