Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- minimum five years of experience in food production or related field
- Food Safety Certification required within six months of hire
- knowledge of sanitation and safety practices
- ability to follow HACCP procedures
- strong communication skills
- ability to lead and support a team

Job Duties
- Oversees preparation and production of food for patient and guest meals
- ensures adherence to standardized recipes and daily production charts
- monitors food quality, quantity, nutrition, appearance, temperature, and timeliness
- follows HACCP procedures to maintain food safety
- utilizes standard food preparation equipment and measuring devices
- leads department towards meeting goals and objectives
- supports efficient and compliant food service operations
