Job Requirements
- High school diploma, certification, GED, training or experience required
- Minimum 5 years experience in food preparation or related field
- Knowledge in principles of sanitation and safety in food handling and equipment
- Proven excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Food safety certification required within 6 months of hire

Job Duties
- Oversees food preparation and production for patient and guest meals
- Leads kitchen staff and supports meal production activities
- Ensures adherence to standardized recipes and daily production charts
- Maintains food quality, quantity, nutrition, appearance, temperature, and timeliness standards
- Follows HACCP procedures strictly to ensure food safety
- Uses food preparation equipment, utensils, and measuring devices appropriately
- Coordinates and supervises kitchen sanitation and safety practices
