Job Requirements
- high school graduate or equivalent
- experience in housekeeping and hospitality industry preferred
- current state food handlers permit required
- current alcohol service permit required
- experience in customer service required
- current CPR certification from Red Cross or American Heart Association required
- ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
- ability to stand for extended periods
- ability to perform cleaning and disinfecting tasks according to state guidelines
- strong communication skills
- ability to interact courteously with members and guests
- adherence to company code of culture
- ability to conduct regular walkthroughs and enforce policies
- availability to work flexible hours as needed
Job Qualifications

- knowledge of chemical products and proper usage
- knowledge of cleaning equipment use
- knowledge of spot cleaning carpet and upholstery
- knowledge of floor tile cleaning
- knowledge of spa, medical spa, and salon services and procedures
- knowledge of laundering procedures and schedules
- knowledge of menu items including food ingredients and beverage preparation
- knowledge of sanitation and food handling safety guidelines
- knowledge of other departments in the club
- skill at providing exceptional guest service
- skill in attention to detail and cleaning procedures
- skill in hand/eye coordination
- skill in multitasking and organization
- skill in carrying serving trays of food and beverages
Job Duties
- Maintain a show-ready, clean, and organized space at all times
- conduct regular walkthroughs to ensure standards exceed expectations
- lead by example in cleanliness and support associates in meeting task goals
- partner with the Assistant Manager of Guest Services to coach and train staff
- assist training new hires on all executive and spa locker room procedures
- assist members with requests, scheduling, and exceptional guest experiences
- support in developing and implementing standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- provide ongoing support to the Assistant Manager in all men’s locker room operations
- maintain and provide excellent customer service at all times
- greet all Executive members/guests by name when possible
- accommodate and anticipate all Executive members/guests’ requests expediently, courteously and in a gracious manner
- handle Executive member/guest complaints by acknowledging the problem and informing the supervisor or Assistant Manager of Guest Services when necessary
- welcome all members to Men’s Executive Locker Room and male guests to the Spa Locker Room
- provide Executive Locker Room tours of space and amenities and assist with locker rentals
- assist members/guests in ordering food and beverage
- monitor Men’s Locker Room for electronic devices and communicate with members why these are not allowed
- continuously circulate through assigned areas to pick up glass and dishware, trash, magazines and deposit towels, robes, slippers in appropriate laundry drop
- assist with laundry duties
- follow Washington State guidelines for disinfecting and cleaning
- empty trash/recycle receptacles as needed
- notify Supervisor/Manager with all maintenance needs
- perform other related duties as assigned by management
