Job Requirements
- High school diploma
- Ability to work non-traditional hours, including weekends
- Ability to communicate effectively, professionally, courteously, and thoroughly with clients
- Ability to read and write
- Ability to understand and follow oral and written instructions
- May be subject to medical inquiries and/or examinations to determine ability to perform the job
- Valid Maryland Non-commercial Class C or Commercial Class B or equivalent driver’s license may be required
- Ability to obtain a Commercial Driver's License if required

Job Duties
- Move, install, arrange, and break down tables, chairs, tents, podiums, stage sections, beverage coolers, and equipment for university events
- Install and break down piping and draping for special functions
- Assist with various projects and assignments not directly related to events such as inventory, repair, and preventive maintenance of all equipment
- Operate box/pick-up truck or golf cart to move furniture and other items, and deliver supplies and materials to new locations
- Update reports and request forms, submit paperwork on time, and submit work orders for items in disrepair
- Perform other duties as assigned
