Job Requirements
- Prior experience as an event planner, wedding planner, or hospitality manager
- strong knowledge of the Oregon wine and hospitality community
- ability to work non-traditional hours including weekends
- physical ability to lift up to 40 lbs and manage event setup
- excellent computer skills including social media and CRM platforms
- strong communication skills
- calm and solutions-oriented leadership approach
Job Qualifications
- Experience in event planning or hospitality management
- strong sales and client interaction skills
- proficiency with CRM systems and wedding event platforms
- excellent organizational and communication skills
- ability to lead teams and manage multiple events simultaneously
- knowledge of the Oregon wine and hospitality industry
Job Duties
- Oversee all aspects of event planning and execution
- serve as primary client contact from inquiry through event completion
- conduct venue tours and close event bookings
- manage vendor relationships and coordinate event logistics
- utilize CRM and event platforms for client management
- lead event day operations ensuring smooth execution
- guide clients and vendors through high-pressure situations
