Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- One to three months' related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Proficient in using personal computers and mobile devices with applications and internal systems
- Food Safety Professional Certification
- Local food handler's permit if required
- Ability to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, climb including use of a 6' ladder
- Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds
- Ability to operate kitchen appliances and prepare food safely
- Maintain professional appearance and grooming as per retailer dress code
- English proficiency, bilingual skills may be required
- Ability to report work-related injuries promptly

Job Duties
- Manage and maintain equipment and supplies used for events ensuring cleanliness and security
- Communicate with store management about event execution in supervisor's absence
- Act as point person for all events conducted in the store when supervisor is absent
- Assist other event specialists with event kits, materials, and tools
- Provide leadership and knowledge support to the team
- Prepare and serve food samples following food safety guidelines
- Set up and prepare event tables for successful execution
