Job Requirements

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • prior experience in retail sales or product demonstrations preferred
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to engage and persuade consumers
  • knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices is a plus
  • ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays

Job Duties

  • complete in-store food and non-food demonstrations
  • acquire and maintain knowledge of products represented
  • serve, demonstrate, intercept consumers and sell products professionally
  • manage event execution equipment in stores
  • maintain a professional appearance consistent with job requirements
  • engage consumers to promote product awareness and sales
  • ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards
