Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- One to three months related experience or training
- Ability to stand, walk, use hands and fingers, reach overhead
- Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds, occasionally up to 50 pounds
- Ability to use cooking utensils and small appliances safely
- Ability to maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Professional appearance and grooming
- English language proficiency
- Ability to comply with retailer dress code
- Bilingual skills may be required based on business needs
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- One to three months related experience or training
- Equivalent combination of education and experience
- Proficient in using personal computers and mobile devices
- Food Safety Professional Certification
- Local food handlers permit if required
Job Duties
- Manage and maintain event equipment and supplies
- Communicate with store management regarding upcoming and past events in supervisor's absence
- Serve as point person for events when supervisor is absent
- Assist other event specialists with event kits, materials, and tools
- Provide leadership and knowledge to team
- Gain adequate knowledge of products represented
- Proactively engage, interact, and sell products to consumers
- Prepare and serve food samples following food safety guidelines
- Maintain a clean, sterile, and safe workstation
- Set up and prepare event tables for execution
- Complete assigned work and assist with client visit preparation
- Build and maintain rapport with store personnel
- Complete expense reports per company policy
- Submit online requirements on event day
- Take digital photos of event setups to document success
