Job Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- One to three months related experience and/or training
- Food Safety Professional Certification
- Local food handlers permit if required
- Ability to stand, walk, use hands and fingers, reach overhead, talk, hear, read instructions, stoop, kneel, crouch, climb 6-foot ladder, balance, lift and carry up to 25 pounds, occasionally lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to push and pull wheeled demonstration cart
- Ability to prepare foods using raw products and cooking utensils
- Ability to work retail store environment with limited travel
- Maintain professional appearance and grooming
- English language skills, bilingual skills if required
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- One to three months related experience and/or training or equivalent education and experience
- Proficient in computer skills and navigating personal and mobile device applications
- Food Safety Professional Certification
- Local Food handlers permit if required
- Ability to prepare and serve food samples complying with food safety guidelines
- Capability to maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Strong communication skills to effectively convey product features and benefits
- Bilingual skills may be required based on business necessity
Job Duties
- Complete in-store food and non-food product demonstrations
- Acquire and maintain knowledge of represented products
- Serve, demonstrate, intercept consumers and sell products professionally
- Manage event execution equipment and supplies in stores
- Maintain a professional appearance consistent with job requirements
- Prepare and serve food samples using small appliances
- Communicate with store management and assist Event Specialists when Supervisor is absent
